Data Deletion

TIPBET respects your privacy. You can request that we delete your TIPBET account and the personal information associated with it, including information received when you sign in with Facebook.

1. How to request data deletion

Visit our Contact Us page and submit a request with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Please use the email address associated with your TIPBET account, and tell us that you would like your account and related personal information deleted.

Do not send us your Facebook password, TIPBET password or payment-card details.

2. What information is covered

After confirming your identity, we will review your request and delete or de-identify personal information that we no longer need and are not legally required or permitted to retain. Depending on your account, this may include your name, email address, Facebook sign-in identifier, TIPBET profile information and related account data.

3. Facebook Login

If you signed in to TIPBET using Facebook, you can also remove TIPBET’s access from your Facebook account through Facebook Settings, under Apps and Websites. Removing that connection stops future Facebook access; it does not necessarily delete information already held by TIPBET. To request deletion of that information, please follow the steps above.

Deleting your TIPBET account does not delete your Facebook account.

4. Subscription and billing records

Deleting an account is different from cancelling a subscription. If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it through your TIPBET Account page or contact us so that we can help with the cancellation process.

Some transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention or other records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons. Any retained information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Verification and confirmation

For security, we may ask you to verify that you control the TIPBET account before processing a deletion request. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time, explain any information that must be retained, and confirm when the applicable deletion process has been completed.

6. Contact TIPBET

To request deletion or ask a privacy question, use our Contact Us page. This page is available to all visitors, including people who are no longer able to sign in.
